BETTER Timor is proud to be supported by a passionate, dedicated, skilled and creative team of unpaid volunteers in Australia. Our values of empowerment, innovation, accountability, sustainability and passion for people, underpin our work and everything that we do.
Our volunteers work in teams that support our strategic priorities of education and training, advocacy and sustainability. We foster collaboration across these teams, which ensures our volunteers are working with like-minded people, sharing ideas and working together to achieve BETTER outcomes.

Our Corporate Structure
At any given point in time BETTER has a team of at least 45 volunteers plus the Board who serve as the “engine room” for what we want to achieve on the ground in East Timor.
